Rates + Insurance

Jamie operates as an out of network provider.  Upon request, a superbill will be provided that will include all of the information necessary to submit an out of network claim. Clients are encouraged to speak directly with their insurance company for information about reimbursement and prospective out of pocket costs.

Initial Evaluation | $225

Therapy + Counseling | $195 per 50 minute session

Mindset Coaching | Call for fee information

Professional Supervision | $125 per 50 minutes

Please understand that your scheduled session time is reserved specifically for you.  If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, or you cancel with less that 24 hours notice, you may be charged $50 as a no-show or late cancellation fee. 

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

• Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency medical services

• You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate
